The pen pouch holds 4 pens (we have 3 in there in the picture). What really works well is that we store the pen pouch with the pens in the fridge and the larger case in a cabinet. Everything is together in one spot, so if there is ever an emergency we can just grab the pouches and go.Box was as promissed.
